Apartment Reviews for Turnberry Place Apartments - Saint Peters

I was on a short term lease and I just renewed for a whole year. Price is not bad when you consider they were offering two months free on a 12 month lease (for two bedroom units). <P>
I'm on the third floor and I never hear my neighbors, which is not true in apartments I lived in before. The grounds are well kept and exercise equipment in good working order. Staff is extremely friendly and seem to be willing to work with you. Plus, the location is great as you can be on the Interstate within two minutes and access to shopping and restaurants within St. Peters is only minutes away. <P>

Very nice apartments but overpriced. If you dont mind paying 25-50% more than what you would on other apartments or house payment then this place may be for you. Other than price its a great place. <P>

THEY ARE VERY SPACIOUS AND BRAND NEW. THERE IS FREE TANNING, A BUSINESS CENTER WITH 4 COMPUTERS, INTERNET AND FAX, MASSAGE ROOM, SAUNA ROOM, 24 HOUR FITNESS CENTER, DETAILING BAYS, YOUR CHOICE TO HAVE GARAGE OR CARPORT, VERY NICE POOL WITH WATERFALL. THE 2 BEDROOM 2 BATH IS 1067 SQUARE FEET. THE KITCHEN HAS A ISLAND IN THE CENTER AND EVERYTHNG IS BUILT VERY MODERN. WASHER AND DRYER HOOK UP AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR OWN YOU CAN PAY EXTRA EACH MONTH TO HAVE ONE PROVIDED FOR YOU. THEY ARE ABSOLUTLEY BEAUTIFUL, OH AND IT IS A GATED COMMUNITY.
