Apartment Reviews for Village Royale Apartments - Sappington

We have been here a month and really looked hard for a place to call home. Before we moved in, I interviewed half a dozen current residence, talked with staff and friends. With the renovations the place has lots of curb side appeal, good floor plan on the Suson. When we needed a few minor repairs done (bathroom exhaust fan and door plumbed) I had a motion camera record a very quick maintenance man do the job right and also oiled our front door hinges w/o anyone telling him too! Service here so far is great. The rent is actual market value. No loud parties on our side of the complex and people have been polite, noise rule is 10pm - 10am. New windows, sliding doors, kitchen. Lease TOC is normal. The only complaint I have is that you can hear your neighbors, even though there is a concrete over wood sub floors and double drywall on common walls (4 layers counting both sides). I have found that a little white noise masks the sounds for the most part. There are methods to quiet it further if necessary but will cost to do it right. Overall we a very pleased and plan on staying.
