Rented: 2007 To 2008

I have lived here a little over a year. At first, there was no parking, my "included" wireless internet only worked in half my apartment and the half that worked was very, very intermittent, and nothing has ever been done to curb loud neighbors. Now we have developed a problem with the hot water. So far everyone has been out of hot water for 2 solid days and when we call we are told "we know this is an issue but there's nothing we can do." STAY AWAY!
