Review for Chesterfield Village Apartments

They come into your apartment at any time even after asking them to stop doing random "filter changes and inspections." They did not seem to care that things in our apartment were moved and things missing or that I had a little girl and that it was important to keep her safe. The management is a jerk and he does not help. Overall these places are not worth the money for all the problems that we keep having....that is why we are moving to another place with more sq. ft. and less rent (we pay $520 but every year they add more onto that), but better management. Also, your rent does go up after the first year...which is not good. Also, on their paperwork THEY LIE by making false statements about fake city codes that I have verified are not true and making you sign new contracts. Also they clearly say that you MUST give them 30 day notice (which in MO you dont have to) and they are lucky that they got it anyways. Now they are going to try to take out "fees" from our security deposit. I will take to small claims court if that happens, as they can only take out damages and past rent -- not for anything else.
