An Aging Apartment

The apartment courtyard was absolutely gorgeous in the summer and spring, but it is in definite need of maintenance and repairs. There is a one hole putt-putt course in the courtyard that is missing half of the green carpet, so you are basically playing on a huge slab of concrete. The sand for the volleyball court is absolutely nasty to the point that nobody ever played on it. The hot-tub was very nice if it was ever open. They love to open it during the middle of summer when it is too hot to get in it, and close it as soon as it gets below 80 degree. On the other hand, the pool is very nice and remains open during most of the swimming season. As far as the inside of the apartment complex is concerned, it is very old and outdated. People who live on the basement floors are subject to frequent sewage backups, which can cause quite a mess if you happen to be gone whenever it occurs
