Review for Columns Iv Apartments

I have lived here well over a year and have gotten to know the help that works here. The manager Pat needs to be re-placed asap!! She is not one bit professional in the way she conducts buisness here. Whenever I have gone to the office she doesn't even have a clue to assist me. So I only stop in the office when Karen is working. I have personally witnessed the way she has talked or I should say yells at the other employees and other tenents. I even called the main office of Debco to place a complaint about her and I was told to call back next week to talk to another person as the person I was talking to was a good friend of hers and didn't want to here about my complaints about the manager Pat. If the assistant office help and the others ever leave so will I. The positive things I can say is that they keep the grounds looking nice. The negative things are the inside needs a facelift. The apartment doors and woodwork are old shabby scared up, the flooring feels weak in some areas of the hallways,carpeting needs replaced in the hallways and fresh paint would help. I will not sign another lease when this one is up. I am sorry I signed another lease when my first one was up.
