Worth My $450

Rented: From 2004 To 2006

The apartments that have been remodeled, of course, are nicer than the rest of the units. I know that at least some units in the C building have been remodeled. I think that all the units in the A building are new. (Fire destroyed the original building a few years back). The kitchens in the remodeled units look better than the ones pictured on apartments.com. College kids tend to rent here, so it can be loud on weekends, but usually quietens down during summer time. The pool is nice and seems to be well maintained. There are no ground level apartments here that I know of so it makes it hard if you have trouble maneuvering stairs. Stay with your laundry when doing it on site, clothes have been known to disappear on occasion. Danielle, the office manager, is very friendly, and seems to know most of the residents. Not the best place in the world to live, but worth my $450 a month. Cable is included.
