Review for Essex Place Apartments

This is the worst apartment ever! Some of the units have been recently remodeled, which would make you think they're nice, but BEWARE. Basically, they slapped on a fresh coat of paint. My apartment wasn't even cleaned before I moved in! I had to clean it before I could move my stuff in, and then I had to return the painting supplies to the office (the same supplies that had been sitting there for at least two months- from the time I originally viewed the apartment to when I moved). It takes them forever to fix things, even though Danielle is a really nice person. I forget how many times the security company has shown up to get the neighbors to stop playing their music so loud that we can hear the lyrics in our apartment and the cops were here 4 times in one month (in the early AM) because of those same neighbors. And lets not forget the bar next door.... The laundry is expensive and the machines aren't exactly in great condition either. There are problems with the pipes in our apartment and some sort of bug infestation too. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T RENT HERE.
