Do not rent from this company or at this apartment.
They keep your deposit. The apartment was dirty when we moved in. Stains on the rugs.Bathroom was disgusting.
They have you sign a release that they have lead paint.
We had some kind of mold that was BLACK!!!!! And they never addressed it.
Go anywhere. Sleep in your car. Just don't stay or rent from this company.

I agree. This is the worst ever. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. Keep your deposit. To bad Rental Company's are so dishonest. They make enough on the rent per month, then they gig you on the deposit.
