Expensive But Very Nice

Rented: From 2005 To 2006

This is a superb place to live or raise a family! Lived here now for over a year, you get free cable, free high-speed internet, and all of the apartment is brand new. Came with brand new fridge/microwave/dishwasher. (I was so happy to finally have a dishwasher!)

Rent for my 2-br is $700 a month, but its worth it. There hasn't been any crime there that I know of, no noise from neighbors (during the day you hear vacuums and what-not) at night its silent.

I may be looking for a cheaper place now, but I really do recommend Golden Pond. Only issue I have is parking (they are suppose to be building more spaces.)
