I Can't Sleep !!!!!!!!

Rented a 2bedroom 2 bath, bedrooms are right next to wooden steps, people going up and down make tons of noise, if they have heels on, omg!! People above sound like they are coming through the ceiling, floors are so weak they give when you walk on them. outside needs painting, repairs guys act like they are doing you some special favor and do it half arsed. always have people moving out, who the heck would sign a second year? $650 a month to hear other people flush their toilet?
