Poor Management

floors are very weak to walk on which makes for loud upstairs neighbors. Management could care less about you, just another rent check to them. 60 days notice to move out and they keep $200 of your $400 deposit to pay for painting and carpet clean. I thought this was considered a tax deductible business expense not a profit gimmick. To many newer places that give you more and are quiet and more sound proof. Manager won't even talk to you, she has her rental agents due her talking.
