Review for Lakewood Village Apartments

I moved into Lakewood village thinking it was a nice apartment that was spacious and clean.
*Soon after we found out that the apartment keys had been stolen from the office and people's home were being broken into.
* The internet never worked properly and always took a painfully long time which was really bad for me because I was taking some online classes. One of the new manager got internet that was supposed to be better and it was worse—I lost connection completely almost daily.
* I'm not quite sure how many manager were there, I know there were at least three different people handling the main stuff in the time I lived there. Whoever the manager was right before we decided to move was rude and I believe drastically lowered standards for new tenants.
* Personally told one manager of leak from utility closet, nothing happened for days and leak got worse so I had to call the emergency maintenance to come.
* Managers un-organized. Current managing personnel notified us that they had no record of us for about 6 months.
* Noisy, noisy, noisy neighbors who let their kids do whatever they wanted and played LOUD music almost constantly including till 4 a.m.
* Bathroom had ventilation problems. Everything would stay damp. Toilet had constant black coming from the holes around the rim.

The icing on the cake was the stabbing which happened in the unit directly above where I was living. They didn't clean out the breezeway until the next afternoon so we were greeted with blood stains the next morning...

Basically, the apartments are spacious and offer new appliances, etc. but the management I delt with was awful and I didn't feel very safe. It seems so suprising, because they look nice on the outside. I think the new people are a little better than the old manager, but I feel they were a little lax.

Oh wait, I forgot to mention the house centipedes that I would see about three time a week if not more. Mostly in the front guest bathroom.
