Low income housing so you get a lot of weird neighbors with 500 kids or drug dealers. Scary place to live, don't bring kids here. Apartment is pretty new and very nice. Well worth the price. If you're not afraid if getting your door beat down by creepers. Apt mgr is very nice and friendly.
