Review for Oakwood Terrace Apartments

This place looked so proming BEFORE we moved in. The first time we had rain our basement flooded, while our neighbors all stayed nice and dry. We're the middle Townhouse and we ended up with 6 inches of standing water! My room mate fell and dislocated his knee during this and the fire dept had to treat it as a flood hazard to get him to the hospital. They nearly couldn't get him out of the basement because of the horrible floor plan. Our basement contines to flood ever time we have a drop of rain, ruining everything we ever had stored down there, what a waste. The neighbors in E are horrible fat lazy nasyt people who lie about us to the management so that we look bad while they are the ones coming home drunk at 3 in the morning drunk and screaming at their kids. The pest control is useless, they walk in look at the kitchen and leave, hello there's three floors here and the upstairs bathroom is scary! Everything in this place leaks and they haven't fixed a thing. They really only care about keeping the nasty neighbors happy and getting their money, so we're moving down the street to another Townhouse that a co-worker raves about. BTW, as a mom, the playground is a death trap I can't wait to get my son away from. Everything is broken and there is always sharp trash in the gravel around it. And I feel horrible keeping a little boy inside, he just wants to run and play outdoors! So, if you're considering Oakwood, consider the value you place on your family, your possesions, and your happiness. If you value any of these, please look elsewhere for your next home. This place is guarenteed to he a disappointment from day one.
