Don't Expect Too Much

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

We loved our apartment when we moved in! Now we have Jon as a manager and I can't stand him. He's a total *$@!!! The current maintenance man is the only decent staff this place has. He actually seems to care about the residents! If the message actually gets to him than he gets it done super fast!!! We are honestly considering moving and breaking our lease just because of how we're treated by management! (Which is bad when its the quiet ones who pay rent on time who are less favored than say tenants who drink,party and do drugs in their apartment)
..but if you're someone who wants a manager who somewhat turns a blind eye--feel free to move here! They let the big stuff go--and crack down on the stupidest little crap!
