If you are looking for a fun, clean, respectable apartment complex do not even look here. The apartment manager is horrible and rude to people that she judges. The townhouses are filthy with disgusting carpet that is practically falling apart. The parking lots are small and fill up quickly so the street is usually where we have to park. If you really want to live in a nice place and be respected go out of your way to live somewhere besides Peppertree Apartments.
