Review for Peppertree Apartments

I am living at the Peppertree currently with my family. This place is HORRIBLE. Mary Rolf the main manager is the rudest, nastiest human being that I have ever encountered in my life. I swear that she is Satan in the flesh. Everyone here hates her, that is one thing. They also can't keep an office manager. Their internet doesn't work half the time. We were without it for 2 months and they didn't do anything about it. The maintenance guys have walked in on people "making love" here, or naked. It is said that a couple of maintenance men are felons, and were in prison for robbery. Things have came up missing in our place before more then once, and our mail has been gone through sitting on the kitchen bar. If you make Mary mad, or bother them with things that need fixed, they will target you and try to throw you out. If you are late on rent 5 days or so, they threaten to throw you out (illegally I might add, the eviction notices are made up by Oak Ridge Properties, NOT through the court system). Legally they can't throw you out anyhow unless you are 15 days late on rent. I have spoken to lawyers, my lease has been violated by THEM many times. Too many things to name. Also, black mold problem, and the walls and ceilings crack. Someone told me that their ceiling was caving in, inside a bed room. The Old Tuscon apartments across the road is filled with nothing but drunks and druggies. They come over to the Peppertree and mess with the tenants a lot too, and will sexually harass women if they feel up to it. The police have been here a lot for altercations outside. Too many bad things about that place. DO NOTTTT MOVE HERE!!! Oh yeah, parking sucks too. It's hard to back out. Everyone that I know, who lives here is moving when their leases are up. The place went to hell after Beth got fired for being too nice. Mary is a backstabber.
