Nothing But A Party Place

Rented: From 2006 To 2007

This place is horrible. First has always been the parking issues. After about 7 pm when all the college students get home and bring all their friends over, you will have to park in the back 40. Spaces don't start to open up till the wee hours of the morning. Then, (like I said, college kids) they have a quiet policy after 10 pm. Well that goes out the window here. I have lived here for almost a year and all anyone does here is party. When security is called, they just blow you off (if they show up at all). Manager could care less as long as they are getting the rent check from the college kids parents. 3 bedroom duplexes around here rent for $600/month where as a 3 bedroom apartment with people above and below you here costs $775
