Review for Tall Grass Apartments

Tall Grass used to be a wonderful place to live. I moved over here a year ago from another Wooten Co. property. The Wooten Co. was very professional and Linda did a great job managing the complex. While Linda was here everything was taken care of in a timely manner the first time you asked. The new management company is a joke. The office is never open if you need to get in for some reason, there are never doggie bags out so you can pick up after your pets, there is trash all over the parking lot that I have personally seen the maintenance man walk right past, you have to ask multiple times to get a work order to go through, and the new manager and her assistant are complete morons. Last month I walked my rent check down to the office and went in to personally hand it to him and he hit on me. In my opinion, this is not appropriate behavior for a manager. Also, they didn't post the rent check till 12 days after it was turned in and tried to say it wasn't turned in on time. On another occasion, we had to have the toilet in the master bedroom looked at and a few days later went down to tell them we needed the sink in the master bathroom looked at because it was dripping into the vanity and the manager's response was, "You've sure had a lot of work done in that bathroom lately". I'm sorry that I only asked for a toilet that flushed and a sink that didn't drain into my vanity....not too much to ask for in my opinion. Overall, the property is quickly going to downhill. My lease is up next month and I have already found a new apartment at a Wooten Co. property. I won't ever move back to Tall Grass!
