Rented: From 2007 To 2009

The office staff is a third party located off-site. They do not return calls, even if they send a maintenance man, so you never know when maintenance is coming. They once sent me a bill for $65 and could not tell me what it was for. The apartment is noisy due to the nearby fire station. We had trouble with mice and ants. We had a ceiling leak that damaged our furniture and the complex did not fix it. They said they couldn't find the leak despite the fact that it was crumbling the drywall! Also, you have to pay to use the complex pool and wear a rubber bracelet or you get a "ticket." There is a barbershop attached to the complex that keeps the tenant parking overflowing all day with people just hanging around. The complex markets to students, but most of the tenants are not students and many of them seem to have... problems. Overall, I do not recommend this complex.
