Apartment Review for The Apartments Mansions At The New Town

I moved here thinking the low utilities would balance out the high rent. This was a total lie. The utilities were more than the homes right next door. Expect your utilities to go up 100% over the summer and winter. The contract is full of extras you have to pay for and you better get ready to see anyone from the management company at any time as they have no respect for your privacy and will insist on entering your home for frivilous reasons. I would not live here again and suggest nobody believe the act they put on when you talk to them because they do not care for a second about their tenants. A neighbor had the water heater break and flood their home (new town knew this was happening). New town was terrible to them. Think twice before you move in!!
