Parc Frontenac is situated in a great location with downtown St. Louis only 5 miles away. Tenants can dine at several close restaurants, including Kampi Sushi Bar, Cecil Whittaker's Pizzeria, and The Tenderloin Room. There are a number of coffee shops to choose from with The Cup, O.R. Smoothie & Care Or Juice, and The Coffee Cartel just around the corner. The staff includes a doorman and is very active in addressing resident's needs. The Southwoods Apartments are located in the south county of Saint Louis. Tucked behind the hustle and bustle of city life, but conveniently only a drive away from major attractions such as grocery stores, markets, downtown and the highways, the scenery at Southwoods is picturesque with a view of many types of trees. The apartments feature extremely spacious rooms, well-maintained amenities, and a knowledgeable, welcoming staff. However, some reviewers explained that staff members were moody and disrespectful on occasion. The Dorchester on Forest Park resides in a superb location, within 7 miles of downtown St. Louis. Tenants can fulfill all of their shopping needs thanks to Walmart, Target, and Macy's being nearby. Papa Jodanni's Italian Restaurant, Toni's Family Restaurant, and Roma's Pizza are just a handful of places residents can choose to dine from in the area. Found near Webster University, the Georgetown of St. Louis, formerly identified as Georgetown Apartments, is an apartment complex popular among young professional and beginner families. Though its known for its great price and accommodating managerial staff, some reviews feel the walls are thin and the area can be unsafe for small children. Reviewers explained that there were issues with infestations, flooding, and cleaning services. Fortunately, the maintenance staff has been improving as a result of these problems. Right off I-170, between I-64 and Clayton Road, sits Allegro at the Boulevard. These luxury apartments provide spacious living area in the middle of The Boulevard Village, steps from St. Louis Galleria. Several restaurants and high-end retail shops are close by. The Metrolink is also within walking distance from the property. Recently constructed in 2009, no tenant reviews have been posted. Located in a quiet suburb of western Saint Louis, the Orchid Terrace Independent Retirement Living center is a welcoming retirement home assisting many older folks. The center’s staff provides transportation to and from popular attractions such as the Museum of Art, the St. Louis Zoo, and The Golden Arch. Additionally, they create a calendar each month, which is filled with exciting opportunities for residents to socialize and relax at the center. Reviewers agree that the center’s best feature is their staff; warm, friendly, accommodating and especially caring towards their residents.
