Animal lovers can stop at the St. Louis Zoo within minutes of the building. Reviews rave about the views, the hardworking maintenance crew, and the amazing location. An eight-story luxurious apartment building was constructed in the early 1920’s and is popular with young professionals and retirees. Recently, it has incurred some updates including a fitness center, swimming pool, and patio. Although the renvoations were beneficial, reviewers explained that maintenance issues were still present because of the older complex.
