Hampton Gardens are older apartments in this area and that means the grounds are filled with mature trees and the interiors have great closets! Outdoors there are play areas and management is on site so the grounds are kept up well. These have a garden apartment feel but are pretty close to downtown and convenient to shopping and entertainment. The rents are a little higher considering the age of the apartments but the management gets great reviews for caring about the tenants.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

Park Pacific has great amenities and great common areas and the management is invested in keeping them well. The views are beautiful and the apartment layouts suit contemporary living perfectly. I read reviews about the "rules" in the lease and all I can say is they insure there aren't noisy parties taking over places all residents share. Love the staff!Orangearrow Read all reviews...
