Apartment Review for Hampton Gardens

My vehicle was burglarized three times within 6 months, and I was treated with such disreguard and carelessness. I was pretty much told too bad.
Early August my vehicle was burglarized and suffered damage which in turn cost me $900 to fix. I filed a complaint with resident services, and inquired about getting out of my lease because I didn't feel safe. The representative, Ivory, told me "there will be a $1000 fee to break the lease, and Hampton Gardens doesn't advertise safety or health in any of their literature". In November my vehicle was damaged and burglarized again. I didn't even bother to file a complaint because there still has been no recovery of the $250 GPS system that was taken from me during the initial break in. Sure enough mid January burglarized again, and if I had repaired my vehicle the 2nd and 3rd time that would be $2700 in repairs and $250 in losses, so in the long run I should have just paid the $1000 to break the lease. Please don't make the same mistake I did--do not move to Hampton Gardens apartments. I also have some sort of rodents running around in my bathroom walls, and my bathroom is overrun with ants in the summer time. One night I guess my neighbor or their friend vomited in the hallway, and then management put letters out to our building say that the residents are responsible to keep the hallway and landing tidy and neat(WOW didn't know I was on the payroll here). This is not a good place to live.
