The Pavillion Apartments, which were recently renovated, are equipped with stainless steel appliances and situated in the West County of Saint Louis, a rather unsafe area. Nearby attractions include the West Point Plaza, which is a well-liked movie theater, and the Verizon Amphitheatre that features live bands, concerts, and performances. Despite the unsafe area, the apartments are known for a small close-knit community that resides on their property among residents. According to former residents, the managerial staff is quite friendly and use their time to plan social opportunities for residents. Unfortunately, managers were not able to invest in personal washers and dryers for each unit which frustrates many residents.
