Apartment Review for Ridgetop Manor Apartments

the only reason I gave it a one is because it wouldn't let me put in zero. I moved in ridgetop in sept. 08 and the problem have not ended yet. first I had no heat then they finally fixed in middle of dec. then in feb. I let the office know that I didn't have an ac unit for the summer, they told me that someone was going to be coming around in may to get everyone ready for the summer heat. but that didn't work out and I just got ac in the middle of june and I have a 6 month old that I had to find somewhere else he could stay until the ac was put in and it is still not recharged so my apartment isn't really cold. Then it this was bad enough. While I was a work, my apartment was broken into and robbed. I am now moving out, and my first year lease wasn't suppose to be up until sept 09. Plus you will alway hear all the kids and teenagers and even the parents in the apartment complex at all hours of the night. Being VERY load and doing drugs right in the front of the buildings. You will also hear their radio in their cars all night long. The stairs will always be blocked by teenagers that will not move, so you can get up to your apartment
