Apartment Review for The Gallery On Washington

I used to enjoy living here, but many of the tenants can be rather loud at times. I don't mind loud at night, as I work at night, but the halls echo quite loudly. As others have said, the neighborhood is somewhat questionable, and I have been asked by a drifter for my last cigarette on several occasions.
