Apartment Reviews for Autumn Oaks - Valley Park

These apartments are an excellent value if can catch a good special. I have lived here twice and have been pleased with both experiences. The apartments are in like new condition, and the pool and fitness center are kept clean. Neighbors are very good and generally friendly, and a credit check is required to move in. Maintenance has replaced my garbage disposal and sink drain, both within one day of complaint. The fireplace/mantel is kind of annoying if you have a flat screen TV, but that is a very minor issue. Overall, these are some of the best apartments in the St. Louis area.
