Review for Riverside Apartments

This complex tries to get you in at a relatively low rate, then will raise you rent in a couple of months. The outside is remodeled but the inside is ragged. They will try to eat your deposit if you do not keep hounding them. It takes a lot of time and effort to get your deposit back from them. Parking is crowded and they do not take care of the lots in the winter. No washer or dryer hookups and the supposedly 'new' washers and dryers in the laundromat keep breaking. Rent here at you own risk. You have been warned.
