Lived here for 1 yr and we had no problem with mold or bugs. We were attracted to the fact that it was a new construction and gas/heat was included in rent. Apts are spacious and we had a nice sized living room, bedroom, and kitchen, and dining room. Did not like layout of onebedrm (walked right into dining room and kitchen) and walls were thin (could hear every noise). Grounds were maintained and parking was sparse if you came home late from work. Close to interstate and shopping area. Maintenace was nice and our requests were handled promptly. However, the management/office staff at times were rude. They charged us for something that we did not break after we moved out but later after calling and explaining it, we were reimbursed and received all of our refund.
