Review for Brent Village Apartments

This place used to be wonderful. But then worthless management took over and every breed of trash has moved in. Neighbors are very unfriendly, uncaring, and all around dissapointing to have to live near.

Takes several months to fix any type of maintenance issues and there WILL be maintenance issues. On the upside, one of the maintenance guys is very friendly and will try his best to help you.

If you want snow and ice removed, you will be told to put salt down yourself. They are hypocritical, rules and regulations do not apply to every tenant.

Dog crap can become an issue at times and you will wonder whether you still live in an apartment or the city landfill. It seems as though the hostile dogs are allowed to roam without leashes, while the friendly dogs are damn near shunned and should never step foot from the apartment.

Bottom line: DO NOT LEASE HERE! We have lived here two years now and it has gotten a little bit worse every day until we literally HATE everything about it.

As a side note, we are not bitter tenants that are upset because we can't make our rent on time and get charged late fees or anything along those lines. We are on-time payers, quiet, and typically very laid back people. Do not think that this review is out of spite for any unreasonable circumstance.
