Review for Hillcrest Townhomes Apartments

We really like the actual townhouse, we just have a few complaints about the management.

Some repairs were finally made after one full year of waiting impatiently. It seems to be the apartment manager's skills that are lacking because the maintenance man is very capable and quick acting once he's aware of the problem. I'm had to call someone above the apartment manager 2x's to get things resolved. THe apartment manager NEVER answers the phone and you're forced to leave messages. The complex is obviously built on a hill and the snow removal sucks during the winter making it impossible to leave the driveway during snowy days.

Nice neighbors, nice environment, quiet, nice backyard area, garages, etc.
