Review for Pheasant Ridge Apartments

These are older apartments but accept pets up to 25 pounds. I have never been to the pool because of the endless stream of rowdy kids and received a letter on my door asking residents to refrain from "defacating" in or around the pool area. I will never go in the pool...ever.

This is partial Section 8 housing so several mentally ill people are here and I do get some free live entertainment that I would prefer to be without. Overall, this is the hood of Bellevue.
