Review for Pheasant Ridge Apartments

I've lived here for over a year and I've had 5 different property managers, and I still get notices on my door saying I'm late and extra charges, and I've never made a late payment. When I moved in, the apartment wasn't in very good shape and I told them that, the guy that came to fix that stuff, simply disagreed with me, like I wasn't the one paying rent to live there. The only beneficial thing is that they are pet friendly, and don't charge, and it used to be cheap, but at this point, you can find an apartment for the same rent that is twice as nice. Don't go swiming... they poop in the pool, the bathrooms at the pool are usually out of service for the same reason. This is because ALL the kids that live here, are sent to the pool w/o supervision... and the're parents don't care, so it isn't corrected. Don't Live here!!!
