Apartment Review for Fontenelle Hills Apartments

The scenery is nice, and the apartment is decent. prices are a bit high, charge 33.00 in a 'convenience' fee for Visa, 23.00 for mastercard, 23.00 for discover. Not really a convenience more like a taking advantage of. Maintenance is reasonably fast at responding/repairing. Parking is pretty bad, went 4 or 5 month parking 100yards away or so from my house.

Require a 30 day notice that you are NOT renewing your lease. Supposedly they give you a paper (at your doormat...) that you need to return or something, I'm not sure as I never got one. When confronted about it they stated 'it was quite a while ago', no specific date, and surely no wrongdoing on their part. because it wasn't received I now get to pay for extra days since my contract ends in less than 30 days. quite unacceptable. Their unwillingness to even entertain the idea that perhaps the paper never got there is absurd. Perhaps a 42 cent stamp could have ensured delivery...

Will never recommend this place again.
