Very rude management. Attach utilities to rent to make it look like you missed part of a payment if utilities are due at a different time then rent.

Dog poop all over the place. Bugs bugs bugs. Windows dont work and a burgler can just walk up and walk right in on ground level. Ceiling partially caved in twice. Lots of aspestose. Sewage backs up in dishwasher and sink.
