Review for East Pointe Apartments

I lived at East Pointe Apartments which are east of the Pointe Apartments (a larger apartment complex owned by the same management company, Pointe Management). As soon as I saw these apartments with my parents, I knew I wanted to live there and I was happy with my decision throughout my lease. The apartment was remarkably clean on move-in and the carpets were freshly shampooed and the walls painted. There was even a house-warming gift of goodies on the kitchen counter. I rented a one-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor which had vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and washer/dryer unit off the kitchen. The floor plan was well laid out and it was spacious with plenty of storage and a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. The utilities were cheap ($20-25 a month for electricity) and gas heat was paid. The office staff was friendly, maintenance staff fixed things promptly, and the grounds were well kept. The parking lot was well lit and there was always plenty of parking spots. I felt safe living alone and the neighborhood was quiet and the apartments were rent behind a strip mall with a number of supermarkets, shopping stores, doctors and dentists, dry cleaners, and fast food restaurants. The only reason I moved was because the rent was high. I would recommend to anyone relocating to the Omaha area.
