Review for Shadow Ridge Apartments

This is possibly the worst establishment I have ever seen. My wife and I lived there more than 6 years ago. We left and paid all of our rent even settled on an amount to break our lease. We wanted out because our vehicles were broken into on 2 separate occasions and the complex had completely gone down hill. You know that it is bad when even Wal-Mart pulls out.

Now 6 years later they have placed a collection on our credit report. Their collection agency tells me I need to contact the property manager and the property manager state I must contact the collection agency. I think I will just contact the Attorney General instead.

I would recommend you live in a cardboard box off the side of the street before you even consider this apartment complex.
