Apartment Review for 56th Street Lofts & Apartments

I lived there for a little over 2 years and could not have been more disappointed in a rental property. There was trash and dog feces everywhere. We put down $450 in combined deposits most non refundable. They actually had the nerve to charge us above and beyond the deposits when we moved out. I am an extremely clean person, and that apartment looked better the day we moved out, then it ever did before we lived there. The maintenance, if you can call it that is close to nonexistent. My advice, find a different apartment.
