Review for College Park "The View" Apartments

this place has gone downhill since new management took over last year. lots of people move out here b/c they want to party but this is probably the worst place to try to have a party. the rent is cheap and the free tanning and bus shuttle is nice but does NOT justify living here. there isn't much security out here. i have heard of three instances where guns have been pulled and there has been armed robberies before. cops cruise around looking for parties to bust but cant seem to stop a dozen cars being broke into in one weekend. the management also hands out noise complaints on a hear-say basis. also, expect to pay a huge electricity bill b/c the apartments are not very energy efficient. the complexes are built very cheaply as well. all the recreation equipment are flawed. the basketball hoop is 9ft. the sand volleyball court is outlined by pvc pipe (face full of pvc pipe anyone?). the pool table doesn't have enough room around it to shoot. and the weight room constantly has things broken. feel free to email if u have any questions.
