Review for College Park "The View" Apartments

I lived at this place when it first opened and it was poorly run then and is even more poorly run now. One of my best friends was jumped right outside of our complex and they did NOTHING about it. No "security" was on site. NOTHING. It was the worst experience having to go home to the trash dump they called "the view". Honestly, if you live there, youve got to be crazy or a drunk asshole. They treat their tenants like dogs and Im surprised they haven't been sued. There were rapes, burglaries that they never confronted or told anyone about. Couches set on fire outside. There was hardly any grass outside cause the maintenance men were drunk idiots too. Bad idea. VERY BAD IDEA to live here.
