Apartment Reviews for College Park "The View" - Lincoln

I have been living here for almost a year now and I love it. This place isn't the cheapest out there, but its deffinetly got the most ameneties. If your a UNL student, you can't beat this place for off campus housing. Its close to UNL and it has a shuttle that runs to campus which is a huge gas saver for me. Some people like to say this place tries to charge yoo for anything, but thats just not true. The only people that get charged are the ones who break stuff or have a pet in their place. The office and maintenance staff here are really nice as long as your not an *** to them. The hot tub here is HUGE!!!. I also really like the 24hr fitness center. I live in a three bedroom, three bathroom apt. and I love having my own bathroom. Bottom line is this place is the best. I plan to be living here for as long as possible.

This place is really fun to live at and its also very convienient if you're a UNL student because its basically right next to campus and it has a shuttle that takes you to and from there every week day. The office staff is also very nice and try to help you as best as they can. Basically if you're not a slob and keep your apartment clean, the apartments are very nice. I would recomend living here if you want cheap, good apartments.

I don't get why people talk so bad about the place, I really enjoy living here. The managment is always helpful when I ask them questions.If there is a problem the maintence men come within two days to fix the problem. I also really enjoy the free tanning and the shuttle that takes you to the front of the Union. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to make new friends and cheap rent!

I have lived here for the last year and love it. The shuttle is very convenient to have around. The property is very nice also. All of the office staff members are very friendly and will help you with any problems or concerns you have. It is such a great place to meet new people. I would definitely recomment this place to anyone in college!

I love living here! Ive lived here for 2 years and have no trouble at all, I am completly satisfied. The shuttle to campus has helped me out a lot because I don't have a car. I have also met a lot of people living here. I think living here is great while being in college! I would recommend The View to anyone!

I lived here since my sophmore year and I really like it. I love the shuttle to campus and the cheap prices. If you are a student you would love it here, I met some of my closest friends. The apartments are really nice and I love having my own bathroom. I give this place TWO THUMBS UP!

The View will save you over $3,000 coming from the dorms on campus...that is one reason I chose to live here. They provide free internet and free tanning. I even have my own bathroom inside of my bedroom...no more walking clear down the hall just to use the bathroom or take a shower. It is also convenient with it being so close to campus and with their free shuttle. I save so much money taking the shuttle instead of paying hundreds just to park on campus...and not even in a good spot! I have lived here since they opened and I still live here. I haven't had hardly any problems, except a few times my neighbors below me were having a party but I talked to them about it and it has been fine since. It is a fun place to be in the summer because of the pool and sometimes they even have free food! I have spent three out of my four years in college here and I liked it! <P>
