Apartment Review for Rockledge Oaks Apartments

This was the worst place I have ever been in. The staff was rude and not willing to fix the number of issues I had with my apartment. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing. A number of residents were asked to leave for no reason what so ever. In return those residents never received their deposit back. They apparently do not like renters who pay their rent on time. They also do not follow the rules that they expect out of a tenant. What you receive in your packet when your sign your lease those "rules" will not be followed by the staff either. Communication is horrible with this company. I would not recommend this complex or the two others that Richdale owns in town. If I could rate them a negative number I would.
