D Thompson and his wife present themselves to be nice individuals but they will stabb you in a back.. They stand behind their maintenance technicians no matter what. If they don't stand behind them, they will fire them without informing the tenants and it could have been because of your situation you informed them about. Their maintenance technicians do sloppy work and they will leave your house a mess. D Thompson do not screen their tenants thoroughly. They will rent out to anyone. I have lived among; drug dealers, prostitutes, and alcoholics just to name a few.
