Review for Eagle Run Apartments

Upon moving out I requested a walk through which was a waste of time because the staff didnt have any paper work to secure the return of my deposit. The Apartment was cleaner then when I moved in. I was charged $80.00 for carpet cleaning when I never spilled or wore shoes in the apartment; in fact I noted that the carpet was dirty when I moved in.

The parking was a terrible, and in the year that I lived their three of my nebors had their vehicles broken into.

Granted this is a cheap apartment and not meant to feel like a home, CIP should not take advantage of those tenants who were respectful to the property.

In short, this is the place for you if you dont expect your security deposit back, have a bike as apposed to a motor vehicle, and are interested in parties.
