Bats, Wasp, And Poor Management

When NP Dodge took over these apartments, the place went down hill. There has been a BAT in my apartment, a ton of wasps until they finally did something about the problem and poor response (if any) by the management. This is not a place you will get a warm and fuzzy from. The apartments need to be upgraded and the windows replaced.
