Apartment Reviews for Kensington Woods - Omaha

I am a new resident at Kensington Woods Apartments. I have been living there for about 3 months now. I love my apartment! It might not be the newest most updated apartment in Omaha, but you do get what you pay for, but I’m on a budget being a student and it’s a nice quiet community. Most of my neighbors seem normal and the management is great! Dan has gone out of his way to make me feel at home and has tried to take care of every problem I’ve thrown his way. When I moved in he went over the lease in detail and answered any questions I asked him. Seemed to be knowledgeable….as in the review written 9-25-07; it was probably a busy day for him and he didn’t have time to go over the lease in detail with you, but I’m sure he would love to answer any of your questions if you have time to go back up to the office or give him a call. All in all it’s a great community Love the fitness center and pool hope the spa is fixed next year!
