Review for Orchard Village Apartments

Wemoved to Omaha from Hastings, NE August 2009 and just signed another 18 months lease. WHY? Because Orchard Village manager (Susan) cares about each one of us like we are her family. I think there is 214 units. Maintenance issues are solved by Chuck (maint guy) the day of. He is truly amazing. Snow removeal, trash removal, instantly. When we signed for another 18 months, we had the option of a beuaitful ceiling fan (instlled) or our carpets cleaned. We chose the ceiling fan and it has made a huge diff on our utility bill. Our back yard looks like a garden. Yesterday someone had a NE ftbl party at the club house - wow, they were all having so much fun. I love our neighbors! Not intrusive but there if you need them. I take them treats and now they bring them to me. It's nice when I come home from work late and one them has already grilled something for us. WOW - life doesn't get this good in a three rise apt. ALSO attached dbl garage, W & D included. We are so content here. We pay $1170/mo, low util, for 1200 SF 2Bed/2 Bath luxury minutes away from everything.
